Reporting Guidelines
⚠️ Before You Report
Please remember our operational policies:
- SETU-Fulfilled Items: Remember, items fulfilled directly by SETU are Pre-Paid only and Non-Returnable. Fraud reports for these items are limited to: receiving a physically damaged item (requires unboxing video) or receiving the wrong product entirely.
- Partner-Fulfilled Items: Items sold by partner platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) are governed by their own policies. If you have a dispute with a partner item, we encourage you to contact the partner's support portal directly, though we appreciate you filing a report here so we can vet our partner list.

- Suspicious/Fake product listings.
