Please read these terms carefully before using the SETU e-commerce portal.

1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to SETU (Smart E-Commerce Thrust Upadhi), operated by YOGX. By accessing, browsing, or utilizing our portal to purchase products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.

2. Our Dual Shopping Model

SETU operates on a unique dual-fulfillment model. The products listed on our platform fall into two distinct categories:

  • Products Fulfilled by SETU/YOGX: Items sourced, stored, and shipped directly by us.
  • Products Fulfilled by Partners: Items offered on our portal but sold, shipped, and managed by our certified third-party partners (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Som Book Store, PIXEL).

The rules governing your order depend entirely on which entity is fulfilling the product. Please review the specific rules below.

3. Products Fulfilled Directly by SETU

For items that are marked as sold and fulfilled directly by SETU (YOGX), the following strict conditions apply:

⚠️ Prepaid Orders Only

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for products fulfilled directly by SETU. All orders must be 100% pre-paid through our secure online payment gateways before the order is confirmed and processed for dispatch.

🚫 Non-Returnable Policy

All items fulfilled directly by SETU are strictly Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable. Due to the exclusive pricing and specific nature of these products, all sales are final. Please double-check your cart, sizes, and specifications before completing your payment. In the rare event of receiving a demonstrably damaged or incorrect item, you must contact our support within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.

4. Products Sold by Partner Platforms

To provide a vast catalog of deals, SETU features products and offers fulfilled by our partners. When you purchase a partner product through SETU, the following applies:

Items sold by our partner platforms are entirely subject to the respective partner's Terms and Conditions, Return Policies, and Delivery schedules. We do not manage the inventory, shipping, or returns for these items.

  • Returns & Refunds: If you wish to return a partner-fulfilled item, you must initiate the return through the specific partner's platform according to their prevailing policies.
  • Liability: SETU acts solely as a discovery and thrust portal for these deals. We do not accept liability for delayed shipments, product quality issues, or failed refunds pertaining to items fulfilled by our third-party partners.

5. Pricing, Payments, and Cancellations

  • Pricing: We strive to provide accurate pricing, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price.
  • Cancellations: For SETU-fulfilled items, cancellation is only possible if the item has not yet been processed for dispatch. Once dispatched, the non-returnable policy takes effect.
  • Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent activity is suspected.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the SETU platform, or the purchase of products fulfilled directly by SETU, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Qadian, Punjab - 143516.
